CDW has its own powder coating plant. Powder coating is a technology which is typically applied electrostatically and is then cured under heat to allow it to flow and form a "skin" of workpiece. Compared with traditional liquid paint which may damage to the environment and people, powder coating is environmentally friendly and virtually pollution-free, unused powder can be recovered and any waste can be disposed safely.
